Dear Richard,

At lifestyle systems we are a married couple working together as business partners, not the easiest working relationship.

Last November, with some reservations, we booked a Strategic Planning day with Richard Gourlay of Cowden Consulting. (The reservations were because we found it difficult to understand how an ‘outsider’ could give advice on a business that they know less than the people in it).

Our immediate evaluation was ‘enjoyable, but not really told us anything we didn’t know already’. However, we did try to implement the small detailed changes that Richard suggested to our operating systems.

3 months later, and we have recently become aware that the changes in our partnership have been noticed to such an extent that we are now being regarded as the most effective working partnership throughout the whole Ecoflow distribution network!

Thanks to Richard we are working more efficiently and productively due to our more clearly defined roles & now looking forward (with no reservations at all) to our next consultation for a progress review.
